Repair the short circuit. Do not lay the ignition cable next to metal
surfaces as this weakens the spark.

Replace the spark plug (*).
Piezo ignition faulty
Replace the piezo ignition (*).
No gas
Check that the gas valve is open.
Air in pipelines
Flush the pipe by holding the ignition button pressed for a longer
time.
Gas pressure too
high
Check the supply pressure or inform the gas supplier (*).
Gas pressure too
low
Check for a local blockage of the gas supply, for example due to
accumulation of dirt. Check the supply pressure or inform the gas
supplier (*).
Pilot flame nozzle or
pilot flame pipe
blocked
Clean the parts (blow through) or replace the nozzle (*).
Incorrect pilot flame
nozzle
Install the correct pilot flame nozzle (*).
Thermocouple not
warm enough yet
Keep the ignition button pressed longer.
Thermocouple is
not in the pilot flame
Position the thermocouple correctly in the flame (*).
