Insert the motor shaft into the hollow part of the input shaft
• After degreasing the motor shaft, apply machine oil or turbine oil lightly

Oil and grease with molybdenum

Oil and grease containing extreme pressure additives
5.
Tighten the clamp collar
• Insert the wrench from the access hole of the motor mounting flange and tighten the two
clamp collar screws equally.(For specified torque, see Table3)
Tighten the two screws little by little alternately and finally tighten with the specified
torque.
Caution!
•
If the two screws are not evenly tightened,
runout may occur on the motor shaft.
•
If the motor vibration is large during operation,
Untighten the two screws and re-tighten.

5. Tighten the clamp collar
• Insert the wrench from the access hole of the motor mounting flange and tighten the two clamp collar
screws equally. (For specified torque, see Table3) Tighten the two screws alternately at a steady rate and
finally tighten with the specified torque.
Caution !
• If the two screws are not evenly tightened,
runout may occur on the motor shaft.
• If the motor vibration is large during operation,
remove the two screws and re-tighten.
