Step 5: Assemble the ankle holder
For this step, please prepare four sponge sleeves(No.9), height adjustment(No.11),
both ankle bars(No.12)(No.13), M8 flat washer(No.20), M8*20mm Hex bolt
(No.22), M10 flat washer(No.23), M10 lock nut(No.24), M13 wrench(No.25) and
M14 wrench(No.26).
Insert the rear ankle bar to the height adjustment. Screw a M8 washer and a
M8*20mm bolt to fix it. Attach the front ankle bar to the removable bar of the
height adjustment. Screw a M10 washer and a M10 lock nut to fix it.
Finally, attach a sponge sleeve to each side of two ankle bars.
Step 6: Assemble the footrest
Attach the footrest(No.14) to the height adjustment. And then screw two M8*55mm
Hex bolts(No.21), four M8 flat washers(No.20) and two M8 lock nuts(No.19) by
using two wrenches(No.25)(No.26). (One washer is on each side of the bolt.)
