On Line - Unregister via Internet.
After serial number has been registered and if you want to change the host PC (or the hard drive
within the original host PC), you must unregister the serial number via the Internet.

Off Line - Registration via File/Email
If your computer is not connected to the Internet or you don't want to register online, you can make the registration file through this option. Save the
registration file to a medium such as a diskette, CD, or USB memory stick. And, send it to supplier or manufacturer. The supplier or manufacturer will
register your serial number on your behalf.
Choose "Off Line - Registration via File/Email" and click Next.
Choose the serial number you want to register and click Next.
