05 | FIRST STEPS
05.1 Inserting/replacing the batteries
Slide the two battery compartment cover locks (14) to the position with the open lock
Remove the battery compartments covers (13). Pull the straps (16b) to remove the battery
holders (17). Insert
each 4 pcs
Alkaline batteries, type Mignon AA LR6 1.5V
(optional) into
both battery holders (17) -
make sure that the polarity is correct when inserting the
batteries (+/- markings on the bottom of the battery holder).
Insert the battery holders (17) back into the battery compartments (16) -
make sure that the
battery contact (17a) points in the direction of the arrow (marking on the battery holder)
to the contacts (16a) in the battery compartment (16).
Put on the battery compartment covers (13) and set the two battery compartment cover
locks (14) to the position with the closed lock .
