Slide the battery compartment cover (07) down in the direction indicated by the arrow. Insert
2 AAA LR03 1.5V
type batteries
(optionally available) in the battery compartment (08).
Ensure correct polarity alignment when inserting the batteries (+/- signs in
the battery compartment).
Close the battery compartment.
