If no more travel is available, remove one or more belt
links to take up the tension. Refer to “Standard Belts:
Replacing a Section of Belt” on page 19.

Attach the chain return shoes
to the
return shaft
.

Slide the return shaft
up and
through the large slot
in the frame
(picture shown without the belt or wear strips).

Push up on the return shaft
and
slide the notched end of the shaft through the small slot
on the opposite side of the frame.
4.
Check belt sag by measuring from the top of the return
. Belt sag should not exceed 102 mm.
Follow steps 7 – 9 in the “Belt Installation” section on
page 15 to remove slack from the belt.
