OPERATION & MAINTENANCE MANUAL

G100XW/XF, G135 XW/XF, G170XW/XF, G225XW/XF - 60Hz

5. Tension adjustment and V-belt replacement.

a) Loosen fixing bolts and nuts.

b) Adjust the alternator until V-belts have correct

tensions.

c) Tighten fixing bolts and nuts.

d) To change the V-belts loosen fixing bolts and nuts.

Then push the alternator toward water pump pulley
by hand.
