DoosanConnect System General Information and Privacy
Notice

1.

Doosan Infracore Co. Ltd. with registered office at 489, Injung-ro, Dong-Gu, Incheon, Republic of Korea and
registered under number 120111-0234469 ("Doosan", "we", "our") is providing you this statement because
you operate a Doosan® machine that is equipped with a DoosanConnect system. The DoosanConnect
system collects information about the equipment, including its condition and operational data and transmits
these data to Doosan, to our affiliates and to our official dealers.

The information collected and transmitted by the telematics system ("telematics data") includes, but is not
limited to:

Model name,

•

Model Number,

•

Real-time GPS position and location history,

•

Fault code history,

•

Engine hours,

•

Performance and utilization data,

•

Machine technical data,

•

Machine Parameters,

•

Machine maintenance,

•

All sensors machine data and data on CAN-BUS line.

Doosan Connect data can reveal personal data, such as your location. Although we have no intention to
identify any natural person, we would like to inform you about our processing activities and about your rights
as a data subject.

The controller processing personal data is Doosan Infracore Co. Ltd. with registered office at 489, Injung-ro,
Dong-Gu, Incheon, Republic of Korea and registered under number 120111-0234469. In case the machine
that you operate was distributed by one of our dealers, this dealer might also process your personal data for
his own purposes. If so, such dealer is an independent controller of your personal data. It is possible that the
owner of the machine (e.g. your employer) also receives telematics information reports concerning the
machine that you operate from the dealer for other purposes than our purposes as listed below. In that case,
the owner of the machine acts as an independent controller. Both the dealer and the owner should inform
you about these processing activities that relate to your personal data.

In case we process your personal data, we only do this in a fair and lawful manner. We only collect and
retain your personal data for the specific purposes as set out below, and we will not process them in any
way incompatible with those purposes. We will de-identify your personal data collected through this
Doosan® machine no later than ten (10) years after the last use of this machine, whether this was a use by
you or not, unless one of the purposes below justifies a longer retention period.
