Trouble Shooting
CANNOT PAIR THE CAMERA SUCCESSFULLY
1. Check whether the camera is powered by micro USB (DC
5V)
2. Ensure the camera is on Binding mode (LED slow blue
flash)
3. While sending soundwave to your camera, please ensure
you turn on the phone speaker, and make sure the
environment ia quiet.
4. If there are too many Wi-Fi connections around your
device, turn them off to avoid any disturbance and pair
again.
5. Check that the router is working properly and that it
operates on 2.4GHz.
6. Check that the SSID and password are correct.
DOESN’T WORK PROPERLY or LOSS OF SIGNAL
1. Check whether the device is within coverage of your Wi-Fi
router/repeater. Move the device or router to a different
location.
2. Check that the router is working properly
CANNOT RECORD VIDEOS
1. Check whether the camera has inserted microSD card.
