To remove the meat grinder, press on the release button. Make a quarter turn
clockwise on the meat grinder. Clean all parts thoroughly and dry carefully before

PASTA
There are three accessories: a roller for lasagna, a
tagliatelle cutter and spaghetti cutter.
To make spaghetti or tagliatelle, you must first use the
lasagna roller to make flat sheets of pasta.
