E10 Water fi ll time exceeds 7

Unit will close valves and
stop. Tap is not open. Check inlet
hose and
fi lters.
E11 There is excessive water
left in the unit during unit
standby or end of cycle. Unit will start pump with
door locked, valve closed,
and motor stopped. Check outlet hose for fold-
ing, clogs and grey water tank
level. Run spin cycle to drain
water. Clean pump
fi lter with
caution, prepare for large
amount of water that will drain.
E12 The water level in the drum
exceeds the designed level. Unit will start pump with
door locked, valve closed,
and motor stopped. Check outlet hose for fold-
ing, clogs and grey water tank
level. Run spin cycle to drain
water. Clean pump
fi lter with
caution, prepare for large
amount of water that will drain.
E21 In three minutes, the water
level doesn't drain with
pump started. Unit will pause with pump
stopped, door unlocked if
water level is low enough. Check outlet hose for fold-
ing, clogs and grey water tank
level. Run spin cycle to drain
water. Clean pump
fi lter with
caution, prepare for large
amount of water that will drain.
E30 Door won't lock in three
tries. Unit will stop. Check for latch or door seal
blockage. Ensure door is
closed.
E31 Door won't unlock in three
tries. Unit will stop. Continue original cycle to
completion. Allow appliance to
cool. Run a spin cycle.
E70 Button stuck. No function. Check the buttons. Restart
unit.
