7.1 Switching on the refrigerator
Operation with 230 V

Switch on the refrigerator by turning the energy selection switch into the
position for 230 V

Operation with 12 V

Switch on the refrigerator by turning the energy selection switch into the
position for 12 V
g
(fig. 5 , page 4).
Operation with gas

Make sure that the gas supply is turned on.
➤ Turn the energy selection switch to the position for gas operation (fig.

page 4).

Set the temperature control to the maximum (fig. 7 , page 4).

Press in the temperature regulator and hold it down.

Also press in the battery ignition and hold it down (fig. 8 , page 4).

Ignition takes place automatically. The needle on the flame indicator
moves to the green area (fig.
9 , page 4) once the burner has been
ignited.

Hold down the temperature regulator for an additional 15 seconds.
NOTE
Only select the 12 V
g
mode if the engine is switched on to
prevent the battery from being discharged.
NOTE
If operated with liquefied petroleum gas (LPG), the burner
requires more frequent cleaning (2 – 3 x a year).
