Intended use

Refrigerators RM5310, RM5330 and RM5380 are designed for installation in
caravans or motorhomes. They are designed solely for the cooling and stor-
age of food. The refrigerators are not designed for the proper storage of med-
ication.

The refrigerators are designed for operation on a 12 V

g

voltage source and

on a 220 – 240 V

w

mains supply, and can be independently powered by

liquefied petroleum gas (propane or butane). The refrigerators may

not

be

operated with natural gas or town gas.

Technical description

6.1

Description

The refrigerator is an absorption refrigerator. The device is designed to oper-
ate with different types of energy and can be operated with 220 – 240 V

w

12 V

g

or with butane/propane gas.

The device has a locking mechanism to protect it during transport.

The unit is equipped with an automatic flame failure device which automati-
cally interrupts the gas supply after approx. 30 seconds if the flame goes out.
