Troubleshooting
First, check whether software is required to update.
Update software if necessary. (Updating Software⇒P105)
Contact General Inquiries specified by DOCOMO located in
"Repairs" at the last page of the manual if the symptom is
not improved after confirming the check box.
■ The FOMA terminal is not recognized
■ Communication problems

is not
recognized Reinsert the FOMA terminal all the way into
the USB port securely.
Verify the L-05A Communication
Configuration Files (Drivers) for the FOMA
terminal functioning properly.→P87, P93
Communication may fail and the FOMA
terminal cannot be properly recognized and
functioned, if the PC is started up or restarted
with the FOMA terminal FOMA terminal left
inserted in it. In this case, remove and reinsert
the FOMA terminal. If communication fails
even after the FOMA terminal is inserted
again, remove it once, restart the PC, then
insert the FOMA terminal into the PC again.
When connecting the FOMA terminal with a
USB port, if data communication is not
available without being recognized, double
click the "DOCOMO" icon recognized as a CD
drive or start "L-05A connection software" or
"DOCOMO connection manager" to recognize
the FOMA terminal as a modem.
The FOMA card will not be able to use if PIN1
unlock code is wrongly entered 10 times in a

End the CD/DVD writing software exists in PC.
