FOMA terminal displays a connecting screen when you execute packet communication or 64K data
communication. The following screens are displayed when a connection has been established.

The communication speed displayed on your PC may differ from actual speed.
･
The communication is available only with FOMA terminal that was connected when the dialup network was set.

Disconnecting communication
Just exiting the PC browser may not disconnect communication. To ensure disconnection, perform the
following operation.

disconnect.

Connecting to a Wi-Fi compatible PC
Even out of public wireless LAN area, you can perform packet communication with
connecting a Wi-Fi compatible PC to use FOMA terminal as an access point.

Switch FOMA terminal to AP mode ON in advance. For AP mode settings, refer to "Instruction manual
(detailed version) (in Japanese only)" (PDF file) of the FOMA terminal.
