WARRANTY
ONE YEAR UNCONDITIONAL PARTS REPLACEMENT
DMI, INC, unconditionally warrants each new DMI product to be free from defects in material
and workmanship for a period of one full year, normal wear of wear parts excepted. The
warranty period begins on the date of deliver of the new DMI product to the original
purchaser. This warranty applies to all new DMI Equipment that has not been altered and is
being used for its intended purpose.
Tires on DMI Equipment are warranted through the respective tire manufacturers and their
network of dealers in your local area.
Under this warranty, we shall, at our option, repair or replace, free of charge, to the original
purchaser, any defective part or parts. The part or parts must be returned within thirty (30)
days from date of failure to DMI, Inc. through the dealer from whom the purchase was made.
Transportation charges will be paid by DMI, Inc.
This warranty shall not be interpreted to render us liable for injury of damages of any kind of
nature, direct, consequential, or contingent, to person or property. This warranty does not
extend to loss of crops, loss because of delay in harvesting or any expense of loss incurred for
labor, supplies, substitute machinery, rental for any other reason.
This warranty is subject to any existing conditions of supply which may directly affect our
ability to obtain material s or manufacture replacement parts.
DMI, Inc. reserves the right to make improvements in design or changes in specification at
any time, without incurring any obligation to owners of units previously sold.
No one is authorized to alter, modify, or enlarge this warranty nor its exclusions, limitations
and reservations.
