Parameters for “
End of Braking
” and “Hill hold”
functions
The following parameters define the “End of braking” and “Hill hold” functions.
Different behaviors of the motor can be
achieved according to the settings of the following control setup:
•
•
In the next pages all the possible configurations will be explained in detail. Configurations like
= 1 (Torque mode) and
= 1 or 2 (Hill Hold active) can not be set.
M1-15T
Speed threshold to enter end of braking mode ”SpdThEbM”
This parameter defines the speed
threshold under which the “End of braking” function is activated.
M1-16T
Speed threshold Ramp time to zero speed ”SpdRmpTm”
This parameter is only active when
set to 0, 2 or 3.
It defines the
“rounded ramp”
speed
ramp time to reach zero speed once “End of breaking” mode is entered.
In case
is set to 3, it is the ramp applied when the footbrake is fully released. In case
the footbrake is pressed, the ramp time to zero speed will be derived based on the brake pot value between this
parameter and “
M1-17T Foot Brake Speed threshold
Ramp time to zero speed “SpdRTmFB”.
M1-17T
Foot Brake Speed threshold
Ramp time to zero speed “SpdRTmFB
This parameter is only active when
set to 3.
It defines the ramp time to reach zero speed when the footbrake is 100% pressed and motor enter in end of braking.
M1-18T
Zero Speed Threshold to enter hill hold or neutral brake end ”ZSpdTh”
This setting defines the zero speed threshold to detect when the vehicle has reached stationary condition.
M1-19T
Hil
l hold time ”HHTime”
This setting is only
active when “
”” is set to 1 or 2.
It defines the time for which the vehicle has to be kept into hill hold mode.
M1-20T
Restraint hill hold speed ”HHspeed”
This setting is only
active when “
”” is set to 1 or
2.
It defines the speed that the vehicle should adopt after the hill hold time has elapsed and the restraint hill hold mode is
entered.
M1-21T
Restraint hill hold torque threshold ”HHTrqTH”
This setting is only
active when “
”” is set to 1 or 2.
It defines the torque threshold to detect the “level ground” condition.
