Operating Instructions
READ CAREFULLY BEFORE USING.
SWITCH ON
Insert 2 batteries AA 1.5 V (Batteries are not included).
After inserting the battery and/ or after pressing any button the
display will blink for one second. If the display fails, replace
the battery. Enter personal data (gender, weight, height and
age) using BODYFAT/UP/DOWN and confirm with ENTER.
The display will light up when you start pedaling, and cumu-
lative values for speed, distance, time, calorie burn and heart
rate will show in the lower part of the display. The main screen
will scan through all values.
FUNCTION BUTTONS
ENTER
Data entry.
Hold this button for 4 seconds to reboot the
console.
MEASURE
After exercising, while the LCD is still active,
press the measure button, and hold both
sensors. The computer will run a time down
for 60 seconds, after which your FAT %, BMI
(Body Mass Index) and BMR (Basal Metabo-
lic Rate) will be displayed.
The values shown are approximate values
based on the data entered, and can only
be used as a random guidance.
UP/DOWN
To select up/down function.
RECOVERY
Press this button for recovery function. After
exercising, while the LCD is still active, press
recovery button, and hold both sensors.
The computer will run a time down for 60
seconds, after which your recovery rate will
be displayed, grades 1 up to 6.
Level 1 featuring fast recovery, level 6 slow
recovery.
Consult your physician for professional
advice before adapting a heart rate
recovery program.
Press button again to return to exit Recovery
Function.
BODYFAT
Personal data input (gender, weight, height
and age).

Displays speed in km/h.
DISTANCE
Displays exercise distance.
CAL
Approximate energy burn.
Calorie value used in this program
represents an approximate calorie burn and
strictly remains a random indication
PULSE
Hold firmly both sensors on the handgrip
(please wipe sensors and hands before
starting measuring your pulse).
Your current heart rate will be displayed
within 30 seconds up to one minute. A
stable figure requires to hold both sensors
firmly.
HEART RATE DISPLAYED IS A RANDOM INDICATION
AND MAY BE INACCURATE, AND CANNOT BE USED
AS GUIDANCE IN ANY CARDIO-VASCULAR RELATED
MEDICAL OR PARAMEDICAL PROGRAM.
IF YOU EXPERIENCE DIZZINESS,NAUSEA, CHEST
PAIN, OR ANY OTHER ABNORMAL SYMPTOMS STOP
EXERCISING IMMEDIATELY AND CONSULT A PHYSI-
CIAN WITHOUT DELAY.
