Magnet loose Replace safety key
Treadmill fuse blown Replace fuse
Faulty MCB Check and or replace MCB
Connections base to upper console Replug all connections
Faulty display Replace display
E-03 Over Voltage Stall: impact protection or motor blocked Turn motor manually for few
rotations, and check again
IGBT (Transistor) damaged or broke Replace IGBT
AC voltage too high Check AC (mains)
Abnormal peak current: torque too high Adjust torque potentiometer
Motor wearing out Replace motor
E-04 Over Current Over current protection Check incoming AC voltage
Mechanical part blocking Check all moving parts (rollers,
bearings, belt…)
