6. Output connector
The Info PDU series has the following output connectors
3 Schuko sockets with uninterruptible power supply
3 Schuko sockets without uninterruptible power supply
2 USB ports for charging mobile devices
1 USB communication port
1 RJ11 port
7. Troubleshooting
If the UPS fails, refer to the table below for troubleshooting. If the measures below do
not help, immediately stop using the UPS and contact an authorized service center..
Situation Probable reason and solution
UPS does not work from mains Mains failure: check the mains socket and measure
if the voltage of mains is within the acceptable
range.
The input fuse is blown: replace the fuse.
No output voltage in battery mode. In case
mains failure load stops working. Batteries are discharged or damaged.
When mains is restored, charge the batteries for 8-
10 hours. If the problem persists, it is possible that
the batteries are damaged or the charger is broken.
Contact the service center.
UPS overloaded: Disable some users.

5. Ensure that the ventilation holes are not blocked.
6. Ensure that the UPS is not dusty.
7. Ensure that there are no traces of moisture on the UPS.
