With weakest hand at belt
path, tilt and push the child
restraint forward and
back, and from side to
side. If the seat belts do
not loosen, your child
restraint should be secure.
NOTE:
Some “play” from front to back or about an
inch from side to side is acceptable. If it moves more,
review “Knowing Your Vehicle Belts” and “The Locking
Clip” sections.

Completely close and lock
the LATCH storage door.
NOTE:
Storage door

To store LATCH system:
Open the LATCH storage
door and attach the LATCH
hooks to the bar
upside
down
.
Lay the LATCH adjuster on
top of the hooks and tuck
belt end beside the adjuster.
Starting with the right
side and then the left side,
tuck the belt under the
under the LATCH belt tab
holders.
