3 Function
The DITECH Smart Home iL radiator thermostat (DT5643) measures the tempera-
ture in the room and controls the room temperature with respect to the set target
temperature. The manual setting is performed with the setting wheel. The room
temperature can be set in a time-controlled way in order to adapt the heating phas-
es to individual requirements. Configuration and the operation can be performed
via the DITECH Smart Home iL app on your smart phone. Time-controlled heating
phases can be set individually using the app. Three different heating profiles with
up to six heating phases per day can be created.
Communication with other components is performed via the Homematic (HmIP)
radio protocol. Radio transmission is realised on a non-exclusive transmission path;
thus, interference cannot be completely excluded. Interference can be caused e. g.
by switching processes, electric motors or defective electric appliances.
The range inside buildings can be strongly different from the range in open
air.
