Scroll Subtitle Function

• The digital photo frame supports scrolling subtitles when playing
photo, music, and video files .
• To begin, a new .txt file called "scroll.txt" must be created in the
Unicode format and placed on the USB flash drive in the root
directory. The file cannot be in a folder or it won't copy over to the
internal memory of the digital photo frame properly.
• To create a .txt file in the Unicode format, use a plain-text editor
such as Notepad on Windows PCs or TextEdit on a Mac.

Windows/Microsoft Word Example: From the File menu,
select Save As. At the bottom of the Save As dialog box,
select Plain Text (*.txt) from the Save as type drop-down
list. Next to the SAVE button, click on the Tools drop-down
menu and choose Web Options. Click the Encoding tab and
under Save this document as choose the Unicode format
and then click OK.

Macintosh/Microsoft Word Example: From the File menu,
• In the Setup menu, select the Copy option. Press either the LEFT
arrow key or ENTER to confirm Yes . After selecting Yes, a progress
bar will appear indicating that the files are successfully being
copied over to the internal memory.
select Save As. In the dialog box, select Plain Text (.txt)
from the Format drop-down list. After clicking SAVE, a
dialog box should appear; click on OTHER ENCODING.
From the list, choose Unicode. Click OK.
