Assemble antenna assembly without LNBF
. Assemble the satellite reflector, LNBF,
integrated adapter bracket, LNBF arm, mounting bracket, and mast (antenna assembly) as shown in
Figure 1 for Eastern Arc or Figure 2 for Western Arc. Do not attach the LNBF assembly at this time.
When attaching the Integrated Adapter Bracket to the LNBF Arm, be sure that the small posts on the
bracket fit into the holes on the LNBF Arm (see Figure 4).

Set skew
. To access the bottom skew bolt (the one not visible), loosen the elevation bolts and
elevation rod nuts fully and rotate elevation to the maximum value. Loosen the skew bolts. Set the
skew by rotating the elevation and skew bracket to align the mark with the required angle on the skew
scale that you entered on page 4 (see Figure 5). Tighten the skew bolts securely to keep the satellite
reflector from rotating. See Table 1 for the required torque values.
Note
: After the skew is set, do not try to fine-tune the skew angle when aiming the satellite reflector.
