7.
Carefully remove the brushing foot cover (Fig. 28/1).
8.
Lift the V-belt cover (Fig. 29/1) up out of the brushing
foot.
9.
Pull the housing (Fig. 30/1) out a bit and lift the right side
of the brushing roller (Fig. 30/2). Then lift the brushing
roller out of the brushing foot.
10.
First lift the V-belt (Fig. 30/3) off the drive axle
(Fig. 30/4) and then off the brushing roller (Fig. 30/2).
11.
If necessary, remove any V-belt remains.
12.
Assemble the new V-belt (Order Number,
Z
Chapter 9,
"Spare parts"
). First push it over the drive axle
(Fig. 30/4) and then over the belt guide on the brushing
roller (Fig. 31/1).
13.
Reinsert the brushing roller, first the left side (Fig. 31/2)
and then the right (Fig. 31/1).
14.
Put the V-belt cover (Fig. 29/1) back into the brushing
foot.
15.
Assemble the brushing foot cover (Fig. 28/1).
16.
Turn the appliance around.
17.
Secure the 5 fastening screws on the brushing foot
cover (Fig. 28/1).
18.
Replace the base plate (Fig. 26/1).
19.
Assemble the hinge covers (Fig. 25/1) with four screws
(Fig. 25).
