4 If you use detergents

4.2 Filling the detergent tank
1.
Set the appliance to the neutral position by aligning the
shaft so that it is positioned approximately at a right an-
gle to the base, you can feel it click into place and the
appliance can stand up without support.
2.
Hold the appliance firmly by the shaft.
3.
Press the release catch ("
") for the dual tank and re-
move it from its console at the same time (Fig. 7).
4.
Screw the tank cap anti-clockwise and completely re-
move it from the detergent tank ("
") of the dual tank
(Fig. 8).
5.
Carefully fill the detergent tank no higher than the MAX
mark with undiluted detergent.
6.
Screw the tank lid all the way back onto the detergent
tank (Fig. 8).
7.
Firmly push the dual tank back into the console (Fig. 9).
WARNING:
Health hazard for your children! Always make sure you
store the detergent in a place which is inaccessible to
children, particularly after filling the detergent tank and
before steam cleaning.
NOTE:
If you do not have any detergent, simply leave the deter-
gent tank of the dual tank empty.

Please comply with the instructions for use on the deter-
gent packaging. If you have any questions, contact a
specialist dealer or the detergent manufacturer.
