Operation modes
Configuration mode
AUTOMATIC MODE:
The unit displays a set-point temperature, which can be configured using the
Plus
and
Minus keys
at between 18ºC (64ºF) and 23ºC (73ºF), and alternatively displays
the current time. The blower speed and unit power will be automatically adjusted to
optimally reach the required temperature. Pressing the
Automatic/Manual key
will
change to
Manual Mode
.
MANUAL MODE:
In this mode, the
Plus
and
Minus
keys can be used to manually control the blower
speed and unit power, selecting from
4 different speeds
. By default it begins in the
first speed.
The displays show the selected speed a few seconds after entering Manual Mode
and every time speed is changed, and then displays the current time.
The fourth speed blows unheated air, in order to perform the
Demisting Function
.
The other speeds blow hot air with greater or lesser air volume, depending on the
speed.
Pressing the
Automatic/Manual key
will change the operating mode to
Automatic Mode
.
MENU MODE:
Pressing the
Menu Key
with the unit running will access the configuration menu of
the unit, where the current time, wake time, time remaining for auto-off, recognition
of the remote control, type of temperature (°C/ºF) and time format (12H/24H)
can be configured, in this order. The unit will continue to operate whilst in
Menu
Mode.
