Product Description
Mattress Extender
The mattress extender is made with a fire retardant, high density polyurethane
core. It has an antimicrobial, fluid resistant, and tear resistant cover. The mattress
extender may be placed between the end of a mattress and the foot/headboard to
help fill in a gap or to extend a mattress for taller residents.
Directions For Use
Without Velcro
®
Attachment
1. Locate the gap between the mattress and the head or foot board.
2. Place the extender in the gap so that the zipper is facing towards the headboard
or footboard (The zipper should be AWAY from the mattress).
3. Slide the mattress towards the extender until the extender fits snuggly between
the mattress and the head or footboard.
With Velcro Attachment
1. Locate the gap between the mattress and the head or foot board.
2. Peel covering on the mattress extender to expose the adhesive side of the Velcro.
3. Place the adhesive side of the Velcro against the end of the mattress you
want the extender to be used on and firmly press the Velcro into the mattress,
checking for good adhesion to the mattress.
