Can’t connected to the
service program
The driver is not
installed correctly
Please Install the Driver correctly
USB port(cable) is not
collected or has some
problem.
Please test it with a new USB cable or check if the
USB port is not good.
The infrared bar is
blocked
Make sure there is no blockage on the infrared bar.
Calibration is not accurate
Calibration operating
is not done correctly
Press “Auto” on the remote control to make the
picture in full-screen mode and do the calibration
again with equipped pens.
Writing is vibrant(jump)
Writing in a wrong
way
It is better to write with pens as much as possible.
Hold the pen far enough away from the penpoint.
The angle between Pen and Screen needs to be more
than 60 degree(Keep the sleeve and wrist not too
close to the screen)
Strong light source/IR
signal interference
Remove IR signal interference or change a place with
no interference
Witting in a wrong
It is better to write with pens as much as possible.
