In case of analysis that are NOT correct,
the X-

NIR™ system shows the following

error message, identified by a specific
code:

Press ENTER in order to execute the
analysis on the same component just
selected.

TROUBLESHOOTING

Check if you have chosen the correct NIR family / component before start the
analysis on the sample.

Check that the reading glass is clean.

Check that the reading procedure is correct.

Verify that the reading glass is not broken, in this case contact the dinamica
generale Customer Service for the spare parts, writing an e-mail to

[email protected]

Check that the lamp is in the correct position or its time life is expiring (1
year); in second case, please substitute it with the lamp supplied.

Verify if the optic fiber terminal is properly inserted on its brass fitting,
otherwise if it's moved please contact the dinamica generale Customer
Service, writing an e-mail to

[email protected]

If it's none of the previous cases, please contact the dinamica generale
