The SUPPLEMENTARY HEATING symbol flashes.

Use the

keys to select the FROST symbol.
The FROST symbol flashes.

Press the ENTER key. ON flashes.

Press the

key. OFF flashes.

Press the ENTER key. Setting is complete.
Setting the time and date
NOTE

The current time and date are already set at the fac -
tory. The following description outlines the process
for checking or adjustment.

Press and hold the MENU key for approx. three
seconds.
The display switches to the main menu.

Press the MENU key.
The SUPPLEMENTARY HEATING symbol flashes.

Use the
 
keys to select the DATE & TIME
symbol. The symbol flashes.

Press the ENTER key. The hours display flashes.

Use the
 
keys to set the hours.
Press the ENTER key. Minutes display flashes.

Use the
 
keys to set the minutes.
Press the ENTER key. Date DAY flashes.

Use the
 
keys to set the day.
Press the ENTER key. MONTH display flashes.

Use the
 
keys to set the month.
Press the ENTER key. YEAR display flashes.

Use the
 
keys to set the year.
Press the ENTER key. Display dSt ON = automatic
summer/winter time switch flashes.

Press the ENTER key. Date, time and automatic
summer/winter time switch are set.

If an automatic summer/winter time switch is not de -
sired, set to OFF position using the
 
keys when
dSt displays.
9.3. Extended menu
Window monitoring
NOTE

The function set out below does not apply for wall-
mounted room thermostats.
The room heating device is equipped with a monitor -
ing function that detects whether unnecessary en -
ergy is being consumed due to an open window. In
this case, the heating device reduces the heat output.
The WINDOW MONITORING function is activated at
the factory.

The room temperature can drop quickly in uninsu -
lated or draughty rooms, as well as with inadequately
sized heating devices. In this case, deactivate the win
-
dow monitoring function.
