General Operation

   NOTE:

 The distance between the heater and the remote control should be less than 10 feet (3 m), and the remote 

control must be pointed directly toward the heater. 

1.  Connect the heater to a 120 V power outlet. Set the power switch to the 

position to put the heater in standby 

mode. The display will show a flashing

 to indicate that the unit is in standby mode.

2.  Point the remote control toward the heater and press the 

On

 button. The heater starts at the high heat setting 

(the display will show P3).

3.  Select the desired heat setting by selecting 

Low

Med

 (medium), or 

High

 setting on the remote control. The 

display will show 

P1

P2

, or 

P3

 to indicate the setting.

Low 

600 W

Medium 

1050 W

High 

1500 W

Operation

Timer Function

The heater comes with a programmable timer that will automatically place the heater in standby mode after a 
predetermined amount of time in intervals of one hour (1-13 hours). The remote has buttons for 1, 2, 4, and 6 hours. 
1.  Press the button corresponding to the number of hours to add to the timer.  

For example, to add 3 hours press buttons 

1hr

 and 

2hr

. To add 13 hours, press buttons 

1hr

2hr

4hr

, and 

6hr

2.  Press the same button again to remove the corresponding number of hours from the timer. 

For example, if the timer is set to 3 hours, pressing 

2hr

 will set the timer to 1 hour.

The number of hours remaining on the timer will be shown on the display. After the set number of hours have 
elapsed, the unit will enter standby mode and the display will show a flashing

3.  To clear the timer, press the 

On

 or 

Standby

 button on the remote control.

4.  Press 

standby

 to put the heater in Standby mode.

   NOTE:

 There is a built-in safety feature that will automatically set the heater to go into standby mode after eight 

hours of continuous operation, unless the timer is activated.

    

WARNING:

 Ensure there is no flammable or combustible material in contact or in proximity of the heater body 

or top baffle grill before and during operation of this appliance. Ensure heater (body and top baffle grill) is always 
free of any obstructions.
