When enabled, this function automatically connects the target device 15 seconds after   

the application starts running. If you are using a USB hub or the server has a build-in 

HUB (4-port USB server has a build-in hub), the device won’t be automatical y 

connected if you switch it to another port.   

If this device is occupied when the application starts, then it will not be connected.
