Enter the keyboard and mouse password.
Power down the computer and connect the mouse
to the mouse port.
Install the appropriate mouse driver.
Computer does
not recognize an
internal or
external SCSI
device
SCSI device jumpers incorrectly
set.
SCSI cable not terminated.
Terminating resistors not
removed from the SCSI device.
SCSI adapter failure.
SCSI ID conflicts.
There might be a boot sector
virus.
Hard disk boot sector is missing.
Refer to the supplied SCSI device kit installation
instructions.
Terminate each end of the SCSI bus.
Check power and SCSI cables.
Remove terminating resistors.
Replace SCSI adapter.
Set SCSI IDs correct.
Run appropriate software to detect and remove
viruses.
For DOS, boot from a DOS diskette then enter the
following commands:
