Flex Network System Wiring Layout
The following drawing shows the wiring layout used for wires from the Flex
Network I/F connector.

• Wherever possible, use thick lines (max. 1.25mm

) and be sure to twist
the wire ends to reduce noise.
• Use the same type of crimp terminals as used for the Flex Network Communi-
cation Cable.
• Be sure that the main power supply is turned completely
OFF before beginning to wire the unit's power cord.
• The I/O unit uses only DC24V power. Using either the in-
correct voltage or AC power could result in damage to
both the power supply and the unit.
• Since this unit has no OFF/ON switch, be sure to install a
breaker type device to switch power ON or OFF.
