1.4.7 | Maintenance

1.4.7.1 | Software Upgrade

The DTM-500 firmware can be upgraded through the Software Upgrade section.

Note:

it is important not to remove power during the firmware update

Under

System

, select the

Maintenance

option.

Select

Browse

to navigate and select the appropriate upgrade .zip folder.

Select

Upgrade

once a file has been selected.

Note:

The

Upgrade Boot Program

and

Cloud Upgrade

are not options available for the DTM-500.

Select

OK

to continue.

The firmware upgrade can take up to 3-4 minutes, after which the unit will restart.
