 What can I do if my Ethernet connection does not work properly? 

 

A.

 

Make sure the RJ45 cable connects with the router. 

 

B.

 

Ensure that the setting on your Network Interface Card adapter is “Enabled”. 

 

C.

 

If  settings  are  correct,  ensure  that  you  are  not  using  a  crossover  Ethernet 

cable, not all Network Interface Cards are MDI/MDIX compatible, and using a 

patch cable is recommended. 

D.

 

If the connection still does not work properly, then you can reset it to default.
