14. Troubleshooting
If you encounter any problem when you’re using this wireless network adapter, don’t panic.
Before you call your dealer of purchase for help, please check this troubleshooting table, the
solution to your problem could be very simple, and you can solve the problem yourself.

Failure to configure the router
through a web browser
1)
Open the Web browser (for example, IE) and
choose Tools > Internet Options from the main
menu.

Click Delete Cookies and Delete Files.
Failure to establish wireless
network connection
•
Router is beyond the wireless coverage.
1)
Place the router near the customer
premises equipment (CPE).
2)
Try modifying the channel setting.

Facing authentication problems.

Use a computer of wired connection to
connect the router.

Check the network security settings.

Try a hard reset on the router.
