PREPARING THE WALKING FRAME FOR USE
The TOMTAR G-2E walking frame is delivered
ready assembled.
To save space during transport, it is folded away.
No tools are required to prepare the product for
use.
WARNING
Risk of trapping!
Be careful of your hands
and fingers when unfolding the walking frame.
3.1 Unfolding the walking frame
1.
Place a hand on each hand grip (Fig. 1).

Unfold both sides by swinging them out.
3.
When you unfold the second side element (1,
Fig. 2), it will make an audible clicking sound.
This means that the folding lock (2 Fig. 2) has
engaged. You can check this by peering into
the plastic part of the folding lock from the
side. The spring pin should be clearly
protruding from the tube.
4.
Once the lock has engaged, it should no lon

ger be possible to fold in the side elements.
