Connection to a meter with a M-Bus
interface
The connected meter may need a maximum of 3 mA
background current via the M-Bus.
The connections for voltage and M-Bus are each pro-
tected against polarity reversal.
The radio module is connected to the meter via a four-
wire cable. The following assignment between function
and cable colour is valid.

The cable has a standard length of 3m. However, it can
be extended to an overall length of 10m by means of
connectors.
