Barcode Reader 

 
The Barcode Reader is capable of reading 1D linear and 2D barcode codes and OCR 
fonts. It can also operate in one of three programmable USB modes: HID keyboard 
emulation (Factory Default), Virtual COM, IBM USB-OEM.  
 

How to operate 

 
In general, the barcode should be placed in front of the Barcode Reader with the 
aiming beam shining on. If the barcode label is in scanning range it will be decoded 
and the data will be transmitted to the host application.  
 

Installation 

 

 

 

The Barcode Reader kit as 
seen. Containing the Barcode 
Reader module and two M3x4 
screws.  
  
 
 
 
 
 

 

 

Remove the cover on the 
Barcode Reader module as 
illustrated.
