Connecting to External Appliance 

The following figure explains how to record from an external appliance to the 
device, and send a recorded message back to an external appliance by connecting 
audio cable. 
  

 

Figure Connection the dictation device to an external appliance. 

 

Recording from External Appliance 

Connect the audio cable between External Mic. jack of the device and the audio 
output jack of the external appliance. 
 
Start playback of the dictation on the external appliance and record the dictation as 
described above with the dictation device. Check the quality by recording a test 
dictation first and change the playback volume of the external appliance if 
necessary.
