7. Press the

Initiate

button (green) to begin test. Grain will dump into the

measurement cell from the hopper. A test will only perform when the

Initiate

button is green.

– If the automatic measure feature is enabled at the Sample Setup

screen and the hopper is full, instrument automatically proceeds to
measure a sample skipping the Fill Hopper screen and eliminates
pressing the

Initiate

button.

8. The cell fills and the striker arm swings across the top of the test cell to

wipe away excess grain.

9. During analysis, a testing status bar indicates progress.
