If you notice a suspicious smell or noise or observe smoke
around the charger, disconnect it immediately. To avoid battery
leakage: Do not expose the battery to excessive physical
shock, vibration, or liquids. Do not disassemble, attempt to
repair or deform the battery. Do not dispose of the battery pack
in a fire. Do not touch the terminals of the battery, or cause
a short between the terminals with a metal object. Do not peel
or damage the battery label.
Battery disposal. Discarding DICE+ and its batteries in your
general household waste can be harmful to the environment.
Damaged or unusable batteries must be disposed of in a
container specially reserved for this purpose. When disposing
of the battery, follow appropriate local guidelines and regu-
lations. For further information contact your local solid waste
authority.
Never disassemble a battery. Should a battery unintentionally
be crushed, thus releasing its contents, rubber gloves must be
used to handle all battery components. Avoid inhalation of any
vapors that may be emitted.
