The Limited Warranty does not apply to any non-Game
Technologies hardware product or any software, even if
packaged or sold with the DICE+ hardware product.
Our limited warranties are void if a product is returned with
removed, damaged or tampered faces or casing.
Game Technologies S.A. will not provide any warranty cove-
rage unless claims are made in compliance with all terms
of the controlling warranty statement included with your product
and theproper return procedure is followed. To request
warranty service, you will need to:
1. Contact our Customer Service Department at:
[email protected] and provide information related to the
problem. If applicable, the customer will receive instructions
for the Warranty Claim Processing and a Return Material
Authorization (RMA) Number to use when returning the
product.
2. Provide proof of purchase details (sales receipt or other
evidence of the date and place of purchase).
