a.Use  the  Wrench  (65)  to  unscrew  the  4  Screws  (63),4  Washers  (41)  and  4  Washers 
(40)from the Back Pad (64).Attach the Back Pad (64) to the Seat Post (60) with 4 Screws 
(63),4 Washers 6mm (41),and 4 Washers 6mm (40). Secure with Wrench (66). 
 
b.Attach the Lower handlebar (49) to the Seat Post (60) with 2 Bolts (55),2 Washers (17),2 
Spring washer (8) and 2 Nuts (54).Then connect the Hand Pulse Wire (53) to the Trunk Wire 
1 (22) coming out of the back of the Main Frame.
