9– Mount the 2 bolts and nuts M8 per side,
and tighten to the prescribed torque value
(22 Nm / 17.5 lbs-ft)

10– The bumper assembly is now fixed to
the lift frame.

11–  If  not  done  yet,  hang  the  springs
VRT104.7 [ref. 8 in exploded view] over
the  carrier  bolts  of  the  spring  supports
M2902.R  /  M2902.L  [ref.  16-17  in
exploded view].

12– Hook the M12x70 mm eye bolts
BO12.070.D [ref. 39 in exploded view] in
the other ends of the springs VRT104.7
[ref. 8 in exploded view].

13– Insert the pins M1720.092 [ref. 31 in
exploded view] through the holes in the
bumper section.

14– Turn the pins M1720.092 [ref. 31 in
exploded view] on the M12x70 mm eye
bolts BO12.070.D [ref. 39 in exploded
view] and tighten by hand.

15– The bumper assembly is now
suspended to the springs VRT104.7 [ref.
8 in exploded view].

16–  Hold  the  M12x70  mm  eye  bolts
BO12.070.D  [ref.  39  in  exploded  view]
firmly  in  position  and  tighten  the  pins
M1720.092 [ref. 31 in exploded view] until
at approx.1 .5” of the eye bolts is engaged
in the internal thread of the pins.

17– Tighten the pins M1720.092 [ref. 31
in exploded view] on both sides, so that
the bumper assembly is firmly suspended
on the springs VRT104.7 [ref. 8 in
exploded view].
