Hardware Installation

RJ45 Fast-Ethernet Port

The LAN ports allow the system board to connect to a local area
network by means of a network hub.

G7B630-N supports dual LAN. The Intel 82566DM PCIE Gigabit
chip controls LAN 2 (CN5) and the Marvell 88E8053 PCIE Gigabit
chip controls LAN 1 (CN6).

G7B630-B is only equipped with the Marvell 88E8053 PCIE Gigabit
chip which controls LAN 1 (CN6).

BIOS Setting

Configure the onboard LAN in the Integrated Peripherals submenu
(“Onboard Device” section) of the BIOS. Refer to chapter 3 for
more information.

Driver Installation

Install the LAN drivers. Refer to chapter 4 for more information.
