4 Using the device

Press the

up

and

down

buttons to adjust the

exposure time

manually if needed.

The default exposure time is based on:

• Tooth selection
• Patient size
• Exposure mode (film or digital)
• kV selection
• Film speed *
• Cone length *

* Default settings for the device can be adjusted in the Program Mode. See chapter

Exposure program

on page 21 for more information.
